Service Description

ReviewShieldHQ is an information matching tool, not a judgment or reporting platform. This platform:

• Helps Amazon sellers record suspicious review information
• Detects when multiple sellers report the same buyer pattern
• Sends notifications to relevant sellers when matches are detected
• Does not replace Amazon's official review investigation process
• Does not make any judgments about review authenticity
• Does not report user-submitted information to Amazon or any third party

User Responsibilities

When using this service, you agree to:

• Submit information honestly: All information you submit should be truthful and accurate
• Only submit review information you have actually observed
• Not submit false or misleading information
• Report suspicious reviews through Amazon's official channels
• Comply with all Amazon policies and rules

Prohibited Uses

You may not use this service:

• To retaliate against any reviewer
• To launch competitive attacks or malicious targeting of other sellers
• To submit false information to affect other sellers
• To harass, threaten, or harm anyone
• To violate any laws or regulations

Disclaimer

This service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We:

• Do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service
• Do not guarantee pattern detection or alert functionality
• Do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted information
• Do not guarantee any specific results

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability cap is $100 or the subscription fees you paid.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of this service or violation of these terms.

Dispute Resolution

Mandatory Arbitration: All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration. Arbitration shall be administered by JAMS or AAA. Arbitration location is Delaware.

Class Action Waiver: You agree not to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative lawsuits. All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Delaware law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Termination

We may terminate your account at any time without notice or reason. Upon termination, all your data will be deleted.

Terms Modification

We may modify these terms at any time. Modified terms will be effective after publication. Continued use of this service indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
